Basic Sciences (5 Semesters)
Begin your medical journey on the safe, scenic islands of Saba, Nevis, or Grand Cayman. This phase offers a highly focused, distraction-free environment. With small class sizes, dedicated faculty, and state-of-the-art anatomy labs, you will build the rigorous academic foundation necessary to ace the USMLE Step 1.
Clinical Rotations (72 Weeks)
For your final two years, you will transition seamlessly to North America. You will complete your core and elective clinical rotations at an extensive network of ACGME-approved teaching hospitals across the United States and Canada. You will work directly with patients and attending physicians, gaining the hands-on clinical experience that residency directors demand.
